Position Type: Temporary full-time position from mid-December 2017- end of June 2018

The Assistant Registrar

The Assistant Registrar (Temporary) will contribute to all areas of collection management and exhibition registration, with particular focus on the museum’s exhibition programs. Responsible for support with smaller temporary and traveling exhibitions, including processing loan forms; making shipping, crating and courier arrangements; scheduling; budgeting; condition reporting; assisting with supervision of installations and deinstallations;.  Support collection-related projects including processing and scheduling outgoing loans and condition reporting.  Assist with digital images for exhibition related projects.
