The Box Office and Operations Manager is solely responsible for the management of the Los Angeles
Ballet Box Office, which covers ticket and subscription sales for 4 annual productions at 3 to 4
alternating venues per production. In addition, the Box Office and Operations Manager is responsible for
managing day-to- day accounting records and tasks under the direction of the Executive Director,
Finance Committee Chair and bookkeeper. This position also supports the Executive Director in the
execution of select administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of the LAB Box Office, including ticketing system administration, customer
service, venue box office relations, ticket sales reports, and preparation for and management of
ticketing at performances

- Record all payables, maintain vendor records, and process payments to vendors

- Process and record receivables and donations; categorize all transactions in QuickBooks

- Assist Executive Director with administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Must be proactive, organized and have the ability to work both independently and as a team player

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of box office experience required

- Experience with QuickBooks required

- Experience with Blackbaud SRO4 preferred

- Must be available for all performances
