In the wake of the City of Los Angeles City Planning Commission's recent hearing on the proposed mural ordinance, Councilmember José Huizar invites you to share your thoughts, critiques, and concerns about the proposed legislation by attending a special workshop in Council District 14.

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the new City of Los Angeles mural ordinance on Thursday July 12 at City Hall Room 350 starting at 8:30 a.m.

Event Permit Process Affects Long Beach Performers

The next community discussion of the new Mural Ordinance for Los Angeles will take place on Monday, February 6th, from 6:00pm - 9:00pm at Tia Chucha's Centro Cultural and Bookstore.  The event is organized by Tia Chucha's and United Painters & Public Artists (UPPA).  Tanner Blackman, one of the ordinance's authors, will be present to answer questions and receive community feedback.
