Congresswoman Laura Richardson invites the Los Angeles County arts community to a National Endowment for the Arts grant workshop on Saturday, March 13, 2010 from 11:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. in Welch Hall at California State University, Dominguez Hills (1000 East Victoria St., Carson, CA 90747).

Emerging Arts Leaders/Los Angeles Network (EAL/LA) is pleased to announce that it is hosting an informational session on mentorship in the arts on Monday, March 15, 2010. EAL/LA members and others interested in mentorship are welcome to attend.
The Budget and Finance Committee will hold four community budget metings throughout the City in preparation for the 2010-11 budget. These meetings will provide residents the opportunity to hear about current fiscal challenges and discuss their budget priorities directly with Councilmembers and staff.
