8:30 – 10 a.m. Program Presentation of new findings and employment projections by the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC), followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with top business, philanthropic, art, and design leaders.
Thank you to all who attended the Arts for All meeting on October 29th.
We are building momentum, and will spend our next meeting defining our specific tactics and developing individual roles within the group so that we can begin moving into implementation mode.

Thanks to everyone who attended the Burbank Arts Ed Advocacy meeting on the 2nd. We made great progress in defining our objectives for the year and beginning to develop strategies and tactics to achieve our objectives.
At our next meeting we will refine our strategies and tactics, lay them into a timeline, choose individual roles, and plan our next steps!
Thank you to all who attended our 2nd Montebello Arts Education Advocacy meeting on October 27th. We made some great headway in developing our advocacy campaign.
At our next meeting, we will revisit our ideas from the 27th and come to consensus on our advocacy goal for this year. We will then develop our strategies, tactics, timeline, and roles.
At this meeting we'll continue moving into implementation mode of our plan. The topics we will cover include visibility and communications strategies.

The purpose of this meeting will be to adopt our final advocacy plan for the Spring, and to work in subcommittees to plan upcoming actions. We will also be discussing recruitment strategies to be utilized in growing our group this Spring, and brushing up on how to use the Arts for LA site to share information. As we move forward, this will be a critical tool for keeping each other abreast on our progress.
Come to the next Montebello Arts Ed Advocacy meeting! We spent the fall planning our advocacy efforts, now it's time to move into action. We'll adopt our Spring advocacy plan at the beginning of the meeting, and spend the rest of the time assigning individual roles and next steps. We'll also touch back on some basics of using our website to share info since this will bean important tool as we move forward. Please review the notes from our last meeting here.
