PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts seeks a Production Coordinator to work alongside the production team and assist in performance-related operations including supervising running crews, planning, scheduling, and event management of the 500-seat Goldsmith Theater, the 150-seat Lovelace Studio space, and other parts of the Performing Arts Center as needed. The Production Coordinator will work alongside the Production Supervisor and Technical Director to supervise performances, events, and rentals; Stage manage events or rentals as necessary; Serve as an important logistics link with performers and renters; And assist in determining services required. A College degree or equivalent experience is required as well as a wide and thorough knowledge of technical theater practices. A minimum of four years of experience in theatrical stage, production management, or a related field required. This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor. This is a full-time 10-month seasonal position, salary commensurate with experience with benefits including health, dental and 401(k). Position anticipated to start no later than September 7th, 2015.
