Update?


So, I sent you a message on August 1st requesting an update and I haven't heard back. I just spend a good couple of hours trying to import a civiRM file.  I'm starting to get really concerned that the work we discussed is not happening in a timely manner.  As of right now, the is not performing at the level we discussed and I am spending more time on areas that should be fixed.  

Are my requests not reasonable... out of your technical expertise... have you taken on more clients and are finding it difficult to manage the demand?  

We need to move this stage of the project along and if you are unable to accommodate our needs, then I need to know.
