Santa Monica-Malibu Arts Education Advocacy Team

 


 

The purpose of this team is to bring together a dynamic group of Santa Monica-Malibu community members to advocate for the implementation of the school district's arts education long-range plans.

 

Goals of this team include

  • Developing a team of advocacy leaders with the skills to lead an arts ed advocacy campaign
  • Increasing the community's awareness of and support for arts education
  • Increasing the visibility of community support to district leadership
  • Developing a sustainable model of organizing and advocating for the implementation of arts education plans in school districts
