LA Opera is seeking a part-time administrative billing assistant to support marketing and public relations. Primary responsibilities include: Tracking expenses and budgets; processing invoices and reconciling monthly budget statements; assisting with setting up meetings and events and additional clerical projects as needed.

Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in budgeting, and possess the ability to accurately track and code expenses. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is essential as is the ability to learn new programs quickly. Good communication and interpersonal skills are key. Qualified candidates will be organized, self-motivated and able to work both independently and with a team. One to two years administration experience required. This is a part time job requiring 20 hours per week.
