Congressional Action on Orphan Works Legislation - New Legislation on the Move [Action Alert]

I'm hearing a lot about this.  Evidently it's being fast-tracked in the House.  By all accounts it seems to be an illinformed piece of legislation. But without opposition, Representatives will not know just how dangerous it is. This is an great opportunity to let them know.
