RECEPTIONIST at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts
The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts (“The Wallis”) in Beverly Hills, CA seeks an experienced and friendly full-time front desk Receptionist. Duties include but are not limited to: greeting all guests entering the establishment; answering a heavy volume of phone calls; assisting callers or redirecting them to appropriate persons; distributing incoming mail; and performing a wide variety of administrative duties as assigned. Ideal candidates will have prior experience handling a multi-line phone system, have excellent communication and writing skills, be able to expertly handle different personalities and maintain confidential information, and must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office. As the Receptionist will often be the first point of contact at The Wallis, the candidate must always have a professional and friendly phone presence and keep a neat appearance.
