DESCRIPTION 

The Lead Salesperson fosters a collaborative team approach with Sales Associates and Sales Ambassadors to drive sales and ensure each customer has a positive experience at the Hammer Store. Works to connect product knowledge and information with the interests of visitors and the mission, programs, and exhibitions of the Museum. Ensures floor staff are professional, knowledgeable, and prepared to deliver customer service, sell merchandise, and facilitate sales. Works with management to provide insights, reports, and other tools that will further the Store sales goals and optimize revenue. Provides leadership to all communications about the Hammer Store and its products.
