So, I sent you a message on August 1st requesting an update and I haven't heard back. I just spend a good couple of hours trying to import a civiRM file. I'm starting to get really concerned that the work we discussed is not happening in a timely manner. As of right now, the is not performing at the level we discussed and I am spending more time on areas that should be fixed.
Are my requests not reasonable... out of your technical expertise... have you taken on more clients and are finding it difficult to manage the demand? read more »

Overal the site seems to be functioning well - except for CiviCRM. However, I have heard from several folks that have commented that it's pretty darn slow. What can we do to speed things up?
