The Korean Cultural Center, Los Angeles is now accepting proposals for the upcoming 2020 "The 26th ANNUAL JURIED ART EXHIBITION". The selected artists will exhibit their artwork in a group show in 2020.
The Juried Arts Exhibition has steadily become one of the most popular exhibitions at Korean Cultural Center LA, having its debut in 1993. The event has undoubtedly grown through the hearts, minds, curiosity, and opened mindedness of supporters; therefore, we are delighted to are from different parts of America. Regardless of the much dissimilarity in their culture, ethnicity, ideology and economic background, these artists all share very important characteristics that has brought them to one place; their creative processes in developing a visual statement of their lives to present and share with us all.
Deadline: Thursday, October 31st, 2019
All materials should be saved in files on USB/CD/DVD compatible for Window System and must arrive at the office by 5:00 PM PST or be postmarked by 11:59 PM PST(Los Angeles Time).

ELIGIBILITY
This exhibition screening of contemporary art is open to all artists residing in the United States. No accept the previous over 2 times selected artists.
EXHIBITION
Selected artists will exhibit their artwork in a group show in 2020.
RULES OF ENTRY
- Visit our web site to submit your information (www.kccla.org) and obtain a confirmation number. Then you send us your slides or digital images with confirmation number by mail.
- Artists must carefully follow instructions to assemble digital images and written materials.
- Artists' work completed in the past two years will be submitted.(except selected works)
- Each work has a title, size, and medium. (MS word for PC)
- A minimum of 5 and no more than 10 images should be submitted.
- Artists' statement in MS Word for PC
- If you are submitted by Digital images
- Must be JPEG at least 300 dpi format for PC
- Please indicate on each image: title, size and medium. (MS word for PC)
- Media: Work may be two or three-dimensional. All media is welcomed.
- Fees: None
- Size Restrictions: Our art gallery space is 2,500 square feet, and the ceiling is nine feet high.
INSTRUCTIONS
Assemble the following:
- 5-10 High resolution images (JPEG USB/CD/DVD for PC)
- Resume with Confirmation Number, Address, and Phone Number
- Artist's Statement and Biography (for PC)
- Self-addressed Stamped Envelop
- Mail to:

RETURNING USB/CD/DVD
KCCLA do not return Non-accepted images but only USB/CD/DVD will be returned ONLY IF A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE IS INCLUDED AND CURRENT ADDRESS INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE. The Korean Cultural Center will not be responsible for lost or misplaced of materials in the mail. Accepted files will be retained for the permanent files of the Korean Cultural Center.
INSURANCE
The Korean Cultural Center has an insurance coverage for artwork during the period of art exhibition only, not during transit.
SHIPPING
Artists cover the shipping fee and are responsible for shipping arrangements related to the show in which they participate.
