Hope Stutzman is thrilled to begin her career in advocacy as an Administrative Assistant at Arts for LA. Hope graduated from UCLA in 2016 with a B.A. in Fine Arts, and believes accessible, equitable art is vital to a healthy community. She believes arts education fosters critical and abstract thinking at a young age, leading to flexibility and acumen in all aspects of life. Hope has previously had internships with East Bay College Fund and Matthew Marks Gallery. A native of Oakland, California, she hopes to contribute to and learn from Los Angeles and its art community as much as she can. In her spare time Hope paints, sews, and builds things, and likes to look at things other people in Los Angeles have painted, sewed, or built.
