Alejandra Cervantes is a Los Angeles native who has always been passionate about history, music, art, and culture. During college she worked as an intern in various TV production companies, including CBS Studios. Later she served as Program Assistant at SPIRITT Family Services where she helped manage an 8-week parent/family communication course, Windows/Ventanas. Before joining Arts for LA she spent a year and a half working in South Korea as an English teacher under the TaLK (Teach and Learn in Korea) Program. During her time in South Korea she traveled extensively throughout the country and developed an intense love for Korean food. In her spare time she is a writer and enjoys learning guitar and studying Korean and Japanese language. She received her B.A. in Film, Television and Media studies and Minor in History from CSULA in 2011.
