JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an Art Director who loves a fast-paced environment and a dynamic and varied workload – from design input for a cutting-edge SaaS product to design work on websites, tradeshow booths and an extensive suite of marketing collateral. You’re undoubtedly creative – but we also need you to be highly methodical with strategy and organized with your time as you’ll be juggling multiple projects on a daily basis.

• Leads and directs the design and production of visual, audio and material used for advertising, broadcast and web communications
• Delivers innovative creative solutions
• Manages design of company websites and blogs
• Establishes and implements design and format standards and processes to produce consistent, high-quality results
• Works with marketing team and others to discuss business objectives of each assignment
• Develops design briefs
• Maintains and updates brand style guide

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MFA (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, etc. 
• Strong concepting and design skills with a superior knowledge of typography, composition and color
• Passionate about fine art and design
• A demonstrated understanding of how images can solicit emotional responses
• Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and basic coding
• Understanding marketing initiatives and strategic positioning
• Experience with creating/designing/updating WordPress websites
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions for advertising and business challenges
• Unphased by having to execute on tight timelines
