ECF Art Centers
Los Angeles, CA
As part of ECF, The Art Center programs began in 1968 to encourage, assist, and support personal artistic development for adults with developmental disabilities. The Art Centers provide programming five days a week with professional art instructors in open studio facilities.
The Artist In Residence (AIR) program at the Art Centers is a unique opportunity for emerging and established artists to collaborate with Art Center artists and staff. The AIR will help give thoughtful insight, encouragement, and support to ECF artists in their respective practices while working in the studio. AIR will have access to their studio site during program hours of 8AM-4PM. Access will include studio space, tools, and equipment. Arrangements can be made with Art Center Supervisors if there is additional time needed beyond program hours.
