Assistant Company Manager

Reporting to the Company Manager, this position will have responsibility for: all support activity for
visiting artists including but not limited to daily rehearsal schedule, visa application preparation, travel,
housing, ticketing and transportation; administrative support for the Company’s Young Artist Program;
and general administrative and record keeping functions.

Qualified candidates will have a college degree or equivalent and 3+ years of administrative experience
in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Candidates must be available for evening and weekend
assignments. Knowledge of Opera and classical music is highly desirable.
