Architecture and design studio specializing in mid-century architectural restoration and interiors is seeking an entry-level assistant to join our office. Our studio is located in West Hollywood with projects throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

The assistant helps to complete the day-to-day requirements needed to execute our projects. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, flexible, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing: furniture, hardware, tile, textiles, paint, appliances, etc.

Scheduling and overseeing appointments with vendors.

Running errands (bringing materials to/from vendors and jobsites, etc.)

Managing daily calendar and list of tasks to be completed.

Requirements:

An appreciation of mid-century architecture and design.

Reliable car.
