Glendale Arts has an open call for musicians for Taste Walk Glendale on May 1st, 2019 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.
We are seeking musicians who can animate the event route, connecting participants and restaurants with lively musical entertainment. We are looking for a wide variety of musical styles including jazz, pop, folk, rock, alt, indie, salsa and classical.
There are no application fees and an artist stipend will be provided to successful candidates. Glendale Arts will feature bands in promotions leading up to the event. This is an outdoor performance with access to electrical outlets. Parking is validated, water and food provided by Glendale Arts. You'll need to bring you own equipment and PA system,

Guests explore the Downtown area at their own pace stopping at over 40 restaurants, wine & beer stations, music “stages,” and a VIP area. The event activates Downtown Glendale with an anticipated attendance of 1,000 people, walking the City from Colorado to Lexington. Proceeds benefit Glendale Arts and the Alex Theatre, Glendale Educational Foundation’s Music Matters Campaign and the YWCA Glendale’s Camp Y Summer Camp.
