Description:
Voted one of the top five art festivals in the nation by USA Today readers, the Festival of Arts Fine Art Show is a prestigious, highly competitive, regional juried fine art show featuring original artwork by Orange County’s finest artists. The 2020 show will run July 6 – September 3.
The jurors will score the submitted artwork based on quality, intention and content; excellence of craftsmanship; facility with media; excellence in the use of design elements; and professional presentation.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Only artists who have resided in Orange County for at least one year prior to October 31, 2019 qualify.
At the time of acceptance, proof of residency will be required such as a copy of property tax bill or rental/lease agreement. Note: Studio or Gallery location does not qualify as residence.
No reproductions – only original artwork is accepted and exhibited.
All work must be of original design and solely the work of the artist. The work exhibited must match the quality and style of work as represented in the submitted images. Only original artwork is accepted, no reproductions.
Entry Fee:
$50 per medium submitted.

The Festival of Arts is a non-profit organization whose proceeds support the arts and art education in and about Orange County.This prestigious juried art exhibition is Southern California’s oldest and most respected outdoor art show and has been rated one of the top festivals in the nation. Recent accolades include Orange County Register’s Best Place to Buy Original Art and Best Festival/Fair, Art Fair Calendar’s Top Five Art Fairs in the West and Top Five Art Festivals in the nation voted by USA Today readers. Each summer the works of 140 accomplished artists are showcased to the public in a six-acre art haven. The event is located at 650 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, California.
