The morning plenary session of the recent Empowerment Congress Summit featured a forum of Los Angeles mayoral candidates.  The first question in that forum was selected and asked by the Empowerment Congress's arts and culture committee.

The Arts Council for Long Beach, in partnership with Arts for LA, will hold a Candidate Forum on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, from 6:00pm-9:00pm.  The event will be held at the Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) located at 628 Alamitos Avenue in Long Beach, California.  Candidates for the Long Beach Unified School District School Board, Long Beach City College Board of Trustees and Long Beach City Council have been invited to
