The next community discussion of the new Mural Ordinance for Los Angeles will take place on Monday, February 6th, from 6:00pm - 9:00pm at Tia Chucha's Centro Cultural and Bookstore. The event is organized by Tia Chucha's and United Painters & Public Artists (UPPA). Tanner Blackman, one of the ordinance's authors, will be present to answer questions and receive community feedback.
