This morning, an open letter from the Campaign to Save Arts Education in LAUSD was published in the LA Times Business Section as a full-page advertisement.
Open Letter to the LAUSD School Board
LOS ANGELES RESIDENTS – CALL TO ACTION:
The fractional cost savings to the LAUSD budget does not justify eliminating arts education for more than 299,000 elementary students. Please visit www.artsforla.org/groups/lausd to TAKE ACTION, and let your school board representative know that arts education must be maintained in the LAUSD.
