Art Gallery seeking assistant. Must be proficient in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign. Part time to start, can grow into full time position after the summer.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Internal/external calendar management
-General assistance to Gallery Principal
-Daily logistical assistance, including answering the phone
-Research and special projects, as needed
-Maintain cleanliness of all spaces, including desks, shelves, and storage; arrange cleaning services, as needed
Potential candidates should be organized and discreet, with a polite manner. She or he should be able to pay extreme attention to detail and be flexible and have an eagerness to learn. Professional and effective written and oral communication skills are important, as well as the ability to problem solve in a multi-faceted environment. .
