Community Manager

NFT Art Start-up

We are a startup that commissions and presents innovative and compelling NFT-based art projects by some of the world’s most visionary artists. As we grow our team in preparation for launch in early 2022, we are looking for an experienced Community Manager to lead our online community-building and audience engagement strategy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is deeply knowledgeable about the Discord community, preferably in the NFT space, and has a proven track record of thoughtful, active community moderation. • Define and implement a social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Twitter and Instagram
  • Expand our online audience with clear benchmarks for audience growth
  • Calendarize and create social content that inspires participation
  • Foster vibrant debate around our projects and artfully moderate conversations
  • Gather community feedback and surface insights that help guide our future work
  • Promote and generate excitement around project launches, drops, community events, product announcements, etc.
  • Collaborate on editorial content including interviews and discussions that help position us as a thought leader in the space
  • Identify and implement new technologies that improve how we interact with our community
  • Swiftly respond to inquiries and address negative behavior in our channels

What you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, including experience with Discord
  • Understanding of Discord moderation and community best practices
  • Proven ability to manage large digital communities
  • Track record of growing online communities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and get things done
  • Expert written communication skills
  • Understanding of NFTs
  • Savvy about the world of art and culture
  • Fluent in English
