Development Coordinator 

Classification: Full-time, non-exempt

The Development Coordinator provides a high level of administrative and operational support to advance the fundraising goals of the Development Department. This position prepares donor correspondence; tracks and coordinates department schedules, workflows, calendars, and meeting arrangements; handles special projects; and maintains files. This position also assists in the planning and execution of special events; serves as a primary liaison with donors, students, faculty, and staff; and oversees all processing and acknowledgements for gifts. Tracking gifts and maintaining donor, prospect, and member information in Raiser's Edge, including processing mailings, proposals, reports, and invitations will also be a responsibility of the incumbent.
