Small art advisory firm looking for an associate to aid in day to day business operations. This includes putting together client presentations, creating collection appraisals, maintaining office records and databases, and organizing fine art shipments and installs. You will also be responsible for managing the executive's calendar and travel. From time to time, you may be asked to assist the executive on personal matters as well.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn about every aspect of the art market. You'll be working directly with the president of the company, as well as collectors, auction houses, and galleries. The role is best suited for a self- sufficient, problem solver with an ability to multi- task. Art market experience is preferred, but not a requirement for the right candidate.
