Established Venice, CA gallery specializing in contemporary art, seeks a part-time archive intern for its extensive and active library and archive.

Candidate will work under the direction of the project archivist to process portions of an extensive historical collection. Candidate must pay meticulous attention to detail, and also be able to skillfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated experience in an archive or library environment, and familiarity with FileMaker Pro as well as an interest in contemporary art would be a plus.

Qualifications:

• Excellent research skills, extremely organized and detail-oriented

• Proficient in FileMaker Pro and MS Excel
