It is with great pleasure for the members of TAG and the City of Paramount to invite you to participate in our 34th Panorama Traditional Art Show on Sunday, March 8th, 2015.  The enclosed brochure (encl 1) provides details for this Show.

We have four days that our SHOW is open to the student class to observe the artwork.  They are from the Paramount Unified School District and Our Lady of the Rosary.  One of those days (on Wednesday, 4 March from 0930-1630) there will be a "Color Boot Camp"  ongoing for adult artists by Elin Pendleton.  This activity will be viewed (at a distance) by those student classes.

We are looking for three artists that would like to work one day on your art during the SHOW from 8 AM to 4 PM  (0800-1600) .  The purpose is to let the students see an artist at work.  Those days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (3, 5 and 6 March).  If you would like to volunteer a day painting at Progress Park, please call me to coordinate your day.  Note, the TAG staff will be working during that time preparing the Show for the public viewing on Saturday, 7 March.

You MUST pre-register either by mail (address above) or email (address below) by Saturday, February 21st, 2015.  Please use the attached registration form (encl 2) to insure space for your display.  There is a limitation of 80 panels.  Availability is based on date your registration form is received.  You must check-in and hang your paintings on Monday, March 2nd, 2015 between the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM at Progress Park West Plaza.   Four events will occur on Sunday, March 8th, 2015:

(1)  The Show will be open for viewing from 9 AM to 1 PM.

(2)   The Women’s Club of Paramount will host a Reception for all participating artists at 1 PM.

(3)  Following the reception, Elin Pendleton, the judge, will do a demonstration.  Her work will be raffled along with many donated paintings.

(4)  After the raffle, prizes will be presented by Diane J. Martinez, the Mayor of Paramount.

Feel free to invite your artist friends to participate or observe this Show.  We are excited to renew our friendship and are looking forward to viewing all the artistic works.

If you have any questions, please call (562) 925-9134, (562) 455-6425 (I-Phone) or email ([email protected]).  Show Time is coming!  I hope to see you in Paramount.
