Job Title: Choreographer for “FAME” the musical & Assistant to Director

Reports to: Artistic Director (Brandon Rainey)

Anticipated Start Date: March 7, 2015 (Dance Auditions)

We are currently seeking a choreographer skilled in musical theater staging but also hip hop & modern for our spring musical. The pay is based on production numbers and is paid at the completion of the production. The rehearsals take place Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30-8:00 and then some saturdays added as we get closer to the production in May.The show is anticipated to go up during the 1st and 2nd week of June. The dancers range from students who are advanced dancers to beginning dancers. No matter the level of dancer it is our goal to present quality production numbers & find a place for each student to shine. 

Assistant to Director: This role varies in assignments but should be someone very organized with great communication skills, familiar with fundraising and marketing tactics, has reliable transportation and good with follow through. This is job is perfect for someone looking to intern or in the process of building their resume with non-profit or arts work as it is a stipend pay and not a full salary. (Amount negotiable)
