The Hammer Museum seeks a Manager, Annual Giving who is responsible for raising unrestricted funds for the annual operating budget through Hammer Plus, the Hammer’s integrated membership and annual fund program. Hammer Plus (membership) levels range from $100 through $2,500. Reporting to the Deputy Director, Advancement, the Manager, Annual Giving is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing membership and annual giving campaigns. Additionally, the Manager identifies new Hammer Plus prospects and develops strategies for acquisition, renewal, and upgrades to reach target departmental goals. The Manager is responsible for performing and overseeing entry of new gifts and gift histories in the Raiser’s Edge database as well as fulfillment of member benefits and services. Also under his/her guidance is the planning and execution of membership events. The position oversees students, interns, and/or consultants as needed.
