Architecture and design studio specializing in mid-century architectural restoration and interiors is seeking Office Manager to join our team. The position is for full time employment. Studio is located in the West Hollywood neighborhood with projects throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

The Office Manager is in charge of helping run the studio which includes book keeping, overseeing staff member duties, and managing art transport logistics. The position demands attention to detail, organization and focus.



  • Manage full cycle Accounts Receivable including Collections and Billings.
  • Manage full cycle Accounts Payable.
  • Oversee multiple bank reconciliations and record keeping.
  • Be responsible for all incoming and outgoing payments as well as paying vendors.
  • Produce detailed analysis and preparation of reports to Studio Principal.
  • Managing art shipments
  • Organizing condition reports and auction bids




  • The right person for this job will be detail oriented, able to multi-task and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Experience with Excel is REQUIRED
  • An amazing can-do attitude with an extreme attention to detail
  • A love of art, design and architecture
  • A willingness to learn and an ability to push those around you to do better
