Performs administrative functions for the show group; and assists with customer service of brands and sponsors, managing the exhibit floor, including load-in and breakdown of exhibits. Serves as a resource person for the sales team; provides focused and client-contact support to the sales team.  Attends assigned shows/conferences and is responsible for aspects of on-site coordination.

1.    Coordinates exhibitor needs with the sales staff; provides input into the creation and maintenance of all operations contact with exhibitors including service kits, security forms, badge forms, freight scheduling and all other activities pertaining to operations; develops and maintains communications with exhibitors to ensure that needs are met and that problems are solved prior to show as much as possible.

2.    Works with Sales (including sponsorships) to fulfill contractual agreements; servicing our primary revenue stream in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

3.    Handle immediate requests for information providing utmost level of customer service and information.

4.    Provides administrative support to department or assigned staff includes but is not limited to the following: accounting functions and database management/maintenance as required.


·         Able to work 20-hours/week on-site in Santa Monica, CA.

·         Completed high school or equivalent.

·         Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication (written and oral) skills.

·         Self-motivated with ability to learn new software applications.

·         Customer Service Oriented with external and internal clients.
