We are looking to hire a receptionist to handle office manager duties at a small business in West Los Angeles on the border of Culver City.

Ideal candidate will be a friendly, thorough, organized and proactive individual who works at a steady, consistent pace, does not make many clerical errors, and is actively involved in learning our day to day business.

Duties will include: greeting clients, answering/directing phone calls, mailing invoices/statements, filing paperwork, scanning/faxing/copying documents, monitoring office supplies, organizing paperwork for supervisors, keeping office area clean, transcribing lists into reports.

- Showing up to work on time or missing work too often
- Spelling incorrectly or not being able to alphabetize documents
- Organizing paperwork and keeping things clean & tidy
- Completing tasks on a consistent schedule without a superior following-up
- Making mistakes when translating information from one document to another form.
- Being actively involved in the work flow and proactively helping to solve problems.

Bi-lingual Spanish speaker is a plus, but by no means a necessity for the position.
Proficient computer skills with knowledge of basic Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.

Pay starts at $9/hour with room for growth based on the qualifications of the individual. This is a full-time position. This position can grow into an office manager with consistent positive results over time.
