Experienced registrar sought for Los Angeles-based art studio doing large volume of domestic and international movement.  

Minimum 2 years professional experience as fine art registrar is required. 

 Must be and be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include: 

·      Crating and domestic and international shipping to meet all schedules

·      On and off-site storage management

·      Creation and maintenance of artwork records - shipping records, consignment forms, loan forms

·      Liaising with galleries and museums to meet exhibition and installation schedules

·      Production of handling and installation manuals 

·      Coordinate workflow of art-handling, packing, and crating between studio, shippers and storage facilities
