Volunteer for the Folk Revival Festival

Join new and returning volunteers signing up now to help host this year's great and beautiful event.Long Beach Folk Revival Festival is a fun, family-friendly, music festival that showcases the best in Folk, Roots, Americana and Bluegrass music acts. In addition to the great music, are a host of fan favorites including our signature contests, amazing gourmet food, interactive kids area (with instrument petting zoo), vintage shopping and so much more.Long Beach Folk Revival Festival volunteers help with street team promotion, stage management and event production by completing tasks as agreed to and scheduled. Folk on the street team complete 4 assignments pre-festival. Stage and event folk complete a short shift during. Typical tasks include hanging posters and passing out flyers at events, helping musicians on and off stage, directing attendees, staffing the ticket and merch booths etc. There are also tasks unique to this festival like arranging hay bales and cleaning crumbs from the pie eating contest off the main stage. Volunteers choose their own schedules from available shifts. Some start early and help during the summer months. Others help on the day of the event, the day before and or after.
