STUDIO ASSISTANT

Joanna Burke Art Consultants Inc. is looking for a SMART, SKILLED, and CREATIVE INDIVIDUAL to work alongside a team of experienced consultants and a Studio Administrator. Eligible candidates include those coming from fine arts, architecture and interiors, art history, and photography backgrounds. Sales experience and knowledge of
QuickBooks is a plus. SOLID WORK EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES ARE A MUST.
Requirements:
- WEST SIDE LOCAL WITH A CAR AND GOOD DRIVING RECORD (3 YEAR RESIDENCY IN LOS ANGELES)
- Able to plan and prioritize, organized, neat, thorough, and timely
- Creative, driven, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Familiarity with galleries, museums, and art fairs
- MUST be skilled in the following programs on Mac:
o Photoshop (we are art consultants and need to size and send images electronically)
o InDesign
o Microsoft Office Suite
o QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Design sensibility is essential
- Experience with social media platforms: Constant Contact, Facebook, Twitter,Instagram, LinkedIn.
