Position Title: Summer Arts Camp Teaching Assistant
Status: Independent Contractor (Seasonal Full-time); Monday through Friday for 9 weeks; on site at facility
Start Date: June 8, 215
End Date: August 7, 2015
Camp Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Stipend: $480 per week
Requirements: Experience assisting in classroom environment, preferably elementary school age; prepared; experience working in a camp environment a plus; experience in low-income communities a plus.

Description:
Camp Teaching Assistant will lead breaktime activities in a creative way for our Summer Arts Camp students, ages 6 – 12, as well as assist camp Teaching Artists in creating a positive, focused classroom environment.
Background Check (Livescan Fingerprinting) and proof of Negative TB Test required for position.
