Job Description


Seasonal ~ part-time 10-20 hours a week staring in September 20th and then full time January  14-25, 2016 

We are looking for a highly motivated, goal driven event professional.  Who is skilled at client relations and project management.  The individual must establish and maintain effective working relationships with VIPs.

The following is a list of most of the tasks require for the position:

VIP Manager

  • Vet and update VIP master list
  • Send email to out of town VIPS/Museum Groups (Save The Date)
  • Museum outreach (for booths) and Museum Groups
    • Draft letter to Museum Groups
    • Send Museum Group invitation
  • Work with printers to Email VIP invitations to all
  • Send VIP invites  and newsletters via email
  • Mail out of town VIP invitations not on mailing list
  • Mail in town VIP invitations not on mailing list
  • VIP Registration confirmation email
  • Organize VIP list
  • Import and organize master guest lists with Exhibitor Relations Manager, into Check In EZ
  • Check in all VIPS and guests onsite
