Arts for LA also selected new districts in LA County in which to work with schools, community members, and local arts organizations to support ongoing advocacy efforts.  Abe Flores, Arts for LA’s advocacy manager, said, "I’m excited to be building relationships in new communities representing the diverse places and populations in LA County—new people, new artists, new arts spaces, but with similar needs and similar challenges. ”  Abe will focus his work in Glendale, Whitter's five unique districts, Inglewood, Norwalk-La Mirada, and ABC.  These districts will join Arts for LA’s ten existing advocacy teams working to ensure a complete education that includes the arts reaches each student.
