Community Input Sought for Downtown LA's Broadway Arts Center
The City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) invites you to attend a public meeting that will provide an update on the Broadway Arts Center, a planned facility providing subsidized affordable artists' housing, rehearsal/exhibition space, and creative business space as part of City Councilmember José Huizar's Bringing Back Broadway initiative.
This meeting will provide an update on the recently conducted Artist Market Survey, completed by over 1,800 artists and 150 creative businesses. Also, attendees will hear from the project developers, The Actors Fund Housing Development Corporation, and Artspace Projects on the project status.
Most importantly, DCA wants to hear from you. Your feedback is essential to the project's development.
