From Every ten years, California redraws the lines of our political landscape. These lines can strengthen or diminish your voice in Washington, Sacramento, or downtown.  Cracking, packing, and gerrymandering are ways that lines on maps have been used to politically neutralize communities and their interests. To ensure this doesn't happen in your community, you'll need to engage and tell the story of your community - its boundaries, its needs, what makes it unique. was created by the Advancement Project and Healthy City to bridge the gap that community groups traditionally have faced when it came to redistricting. This website puts the power of maps and line drawing directly in your hands. It will help communities, traditionally excluded, take a seat at the table in this round of redistricting. will allow you to:

- COMMENT ON CA: Make a comment about your community and join the conversation on our public "wiki-map".

- ACCESS DATA: View and map key data about your district or community.

- DRAW YOUR LINES: Draw your community or district using redistricting data and boundaries.

- GROUP MAPPING: Create your own user group to collaborate/comment on a proposed boundary or map.
