The Herb Alpert Foundation announced it will match all donations given to Arts for LA by Friday, November 30, at 10 a.m., up to $2,500 in total gifts.

Although the challenge grant has a tight deadline, Arts for LA supprters have already responded with resounding support.  As of this writing, $955 was collected from generous donors by 2:30 p.m.  With the Alpert Foundation's match, the total one-day amount raised is nearly $2,000, one-fifth of Arts for LA's 2013 Annual Fund goal.

If Arts for LA is successful in raising the full match amount, the organization will be halfway to its goal of raising $10,000 by December 31.

To pledge your support and have your gift count toward the match, visit our donation page before Friday morning at 10 a.m.  All gifts received during this period will count toward our final match amount.
