The Program Representative, Curatorial Affairs assists with Museum academic programs and curatorial projects. The position provides critical support to the Academic Programs and Curatorial Departments.

Works closely with the Academic Programs staff members on the development and implementation of educational programs. Assists in the development and management of educational programs and projects for K-12 school and external audiences. Duties include program recruitment, training, evaluation, scheduling and managing community engagement activities. Leads the development and facilitation of educational program tours by providing research, administrative and logistical support for the execution of these programs.

Curatorial duties include assisting with recurring tasks such as inventorying and cataloging exhibition collateral, research and preparation for meetings, updating various archive and management tools for exhibitions and publications, letter preparation, special mailings, database management, rights and reproduction request fulfillment, and special projects, as needed.
