Pablove Shutterbugs, our signature arts education program, teaches children living with cancer to develop their creative voice through the art of photography. The Shutterbugs Program Manager will oversee Shutterbugs programming at assigned national sites and engage communities to join our team of storytellers and advocates that address childhood by helping kids live – a love filled life today – and a cancer free life tomorrow. The Shutterbugs Program Manager will be a significant contributor to curriculum development for both virtual and in-person programs.

The Shutterbugs Program Manager will have these responsibilities, including but not limited to:

● Oversee Pablove Shutterbugs programming in assigned cities, including its fundamentals and advanced classes
● Develop and monitor curriculum needs for participatory and healing arts programming
● Supervise a dedicated team of Master Teaching Artists (MTAs)
● Support and develop resources that enables MTAs to meet, improve their teaching, share ideas, and problem solve
● Develop and maintain hospital partner relationships and other communications to support recruitment of Shutterbugs into the program
● Engage local stakeholders and families to join The Pablove Foundation community, including advocacy and fundraising for pediatric cancer research
● Support our team ethos and collaborate closely with members of the programs team + staff
● Liaise with the other Pablove team members to identify media opportunities, and support fundraising initiatives in each municipality
● Collaborate with the Director of Shutterbugs Programs to oversee national program efforts and ensure its alignment with Pablove’s strategic plan
● Other tasks as assigned

● 2+ years experience in arts and education programming with increasing responsibilities and leadership
● Curriculum development, preferably for youth arts programming
● Demonstrated experience with visual arts, preferably photography

● 2+ years of experience providing solid leadership and supervision

$58,000-$64,000... We provide an excellent package of health, vision, and dental, 403(b) retirement plan, medical flexible spending account, and a flexible time off policy (just get your work done!), and paid holidays. All employees at The Pablove Foundation undertake other duties as needed and all positions require some flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
