Arts for LA is thrilled to invite you and your colleagues to participate in the inaugural State of the Arts Summit.
Uniting arts leaders from across the region, this half-day convening gives you a chance to explore and champion solutions to some of the field's most pressing issues. Themed Pathways and Places, we will focus on finding solutions to address: equitable access to education, space, jobs, and funding.
Your voice and advocacy is vital as we strive to build equity within our creative economy.
Award-winning LA Times columnist Steve Lopez and California State Senator Ben Allen will headline our welcome address. Together, we'll dive into the issues with the goal of developing a proactive, collective agenda to support the arts in Los Angeles.
The program begins promptly at 9:00am. We encourage attendees to arrive with enough time to park, check-in, enjoy breakfast, and be ready to begin at 9:00am.
