Artist studio looking for a hard-working part-time studio office assistant in Highland Park. Must have superb communication skills and experience working in an art studio.

Some duties include but are not limited to:
- Streamlining, editing and maintaining source material archive, mailing lists, correspondence
- Managing collector database and calendar updates
- Image research
- Managing supply inventory
- Updating Squarespace website
- Organizing painting archive both digitally (on ArtBinder) and physically (actual print out binder)
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Strong organizational abilities with a priority in task and time management
- Must be comfortable corresponding with collectors and curators.
- Perfect phone and email protocol
- Enjoy working with computers
- Excellent communication skills
- Eager to learn new programs and self motivator
- Positive attitude and a team-worker
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Google Drive, Squarespace, Dropbox, Mac and social media platforms is a must. It is imperative to be comfortable at the desk working on the computer in a creative painting environment. Position involves working one-on-one with the artist in an intimate studio environment.
Hours are 1 to 2 days per week, Monday, Tuesday or Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM
Pay commensurate with experience. (starting at $20/hour)
