Las Laguna Gallery is seeking works from women artists.
This exhibition is dedicated to the spirit and creativity of all women artists, past and present.

Since ancient times, women artists have been creating alongside their male counterparts but it seems that only recently has the women artist movement come roaring back.  As recently as 1986 women artist were not even listed in “Janson’s History of Art,” the leading textbook.

Las Laguna Gallery seeks to provide a space to advance women art. This show is open to all local, national and international women artists, professional and amateur.

Works in Acrylic, Airbrush, Assemblage, Charcoal, Color Pencil, Collage, Digital Art, Drawings, Encaustic, Graphite, Fiber Arts, Illustration, Mixed Media, New Media, Oil, Other, Painting, Pastel, Photo, Traditional and Digital Photography, Textiles, Watercolor, and more will be considered.

Deadline for submission is February 1, 2017

Exhibition runs March 2 to March 31, 2017
